Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) is a nationwide radio network that uses the cellular infrastructure of Mobile Network Operators to provide two-way radio services over 3G, 4G, and Long Term Evolution (LTE) technology. This provides radio networks with a large coverage area and frees radio users from the traditional radio network’s range of repeaters and base stations.
